How to Log Onto E-Service System

• Input your User ID and Password, Click Login Button and then you will enter our main page.
• By the way, you can click Reset button and then input your User ID and Password again.

• On the main page you can see top menu Order info , click it you can view Order summary Information.
• In Fact, the main page has shown you all the Orders' current Information by default.
• If you want to see only one order' information, select the order ID from Customer Order ID List .
• If you want to see orders' information of yesterday or before, select the day time from Date of the status List .

How to Use WIP Info Function In the Main Page

• On the main page you can see top menu WIP info , click it you can view all Lots Information of the orders.
• The main page has shown you all the Orders' current lot Information by default.
• If you want to see only one order' lot information, select the order ID from Customer Order ID List .
• If you want to see orders' lot information of yesterday or before, select the day time from Date of the status List .
• By the way, you have two methods to download WIP Info, one is Download data , the other is Download CSV

How to Use Stage Info Function In the Main Page

• On the main page you can see top menu Stage Info , click it you can view all stages' WIP quantity Information of the orders.
• The main page has shown you all the Orders' current stages' WIP quantity Information by default.
• If you want to see only one order' stages' WIP quantity information, select the order ID from Customer Order ID List .
• If you want to see orders' stages' WIP quantity information of yesterday or before, select the day time from Date of the status List .

How to Use PCM Para Info Function in the Main Page

• On the main page you can see top menu PCM Para Info , click it to view all lots parameter info when those lots have been moved out from QA
• By the way, you have two methods to download PCM parameter Info, one is Download data , the other is Download CSV.

How to Log Off

• On the main page you can see top menu Log Off, click it you will log off from the system.
